In line with the 2025 International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction (IDDRR) theme, "Fund Resilience, Not Disasters," we recognize the urgent need to shift from reactive disaster spending to proactive investments in resilience-building systems.

To advance this goal, NEO, the lead partner for the Resilient Infrastructure priority area of ARISE Philippines, in partnership with International Finance Corporation and other key stakeholders, will be hosting an online webinar entitled: "Building Resilience Index: A Risk Mitigation Tool in Funding Investments for Resilient Infrastructures."

The Building Resilience Index (BRI) is an innovative, web-based hazard mapping and resilience assessment framework developed to help evaluate, enhance, and disclose the resilience of buildings against natural hazards.
