This year’s session will explore practical frameworks for disaster risk reduction (DRR) that place households and communities at the heart of building resilience. We will examine household-level resilience through recent case studies, introduce an innovative disaster risk intelligence portal, and highlight GRMI’s ongoing initiatives to strengthen disaster preparedness and resilience in Nigeria.
The webinar will also explore the critical roles of government, the private sector, and communities in reducing disaster risk and building safer, more resilient societies.
